What is Covered: 
This warranty includes replacement parts, labor and return shipping charges.

What is NOT Covered
Heritage Farms shall not be responsible for any expenses not specifically stated in this Limited Warranty, including without limitation, shipping charges to Heritage Farms and damages caused by abuse or failure to perform normal maintenance (see Product Owner's Manual).

Be prepared to give your name, address, model number, description of problem, phone number, and proof of date of retail purchase (sales receipt).

Limitation of Damages and Implied Warranties
Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to five years from date of retail purchase.  In no event shall seller be liable for loss of profits, special, incidental or consequential damages.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.  To the extent that any provision of this Limited Warranty is prohibited or invalidated by the laws of any jurisdiction, such provision shall not apply and the remainder of this Limited Warranty shall remain in full force.
